We operate a website at http://jverse.org and provide online Courses following our mission and educational aims to a wide variety of Learners. The Courses are created and presented by independent service providers. We run and maintain the website, market and advertise the Courses.

You provide JVERSE with most of the data we collect when you book a course with us when you give us details such as name or email address or from cookies when you browse our Site.

We may also indirectly receive your data from third-party websites or referrals from other companies.
Your personal details are also collected by third parties, for example, PayPal securely collects all your payment details directly and manage payment processes. Or our partners who provide the Chat facility you may use within the JVERSE learning community.
Purpose
Why we collect your data
We collect your data so that we can offer our services and arrange your course for you. Payment details and information are collected by PayPal which we do not have access to. We may need your contact details so we can email you with information on our services and courses we think might interest you and to give you details for the course you have booked. Also, your data may help make the services we offer better and to give you an improved user experience.
When PayPal processes your payment they may send your data to reference agencies and also use the resulting information to prevent fraudulent transactions.
Your name and email address will also be accessible by the instructor who understands and agrees to keep your data safe and abide by data protection obligations set out in their contract with us.
We will also make sure that where applicable and required any partner, affiliate or service provider has a Data protection Agreement (DPA) with us or a Data Sharing Agreement (DSA).
Marketing
JVERSE, will not sell your data to third parties under any circumstances. We will only use your data for internal marketing with your consent, which means we would like to occasionally send you by email information such as newsletters or course offers directly concerning our services.
If you have agreed to receive emails from us containing such offers to your email address, you can easily unsubscribe from this at any time. We will no longer send you such information.
