Single courses or modular studies available

Our courses in Biblical Hebrew range from Beginner level (where no prior study of Modern or Biblical Hebrew is required) to Advanced studies.

Courses are available from many teaching institutions and can furthermore, be taken in succession from Beginner  through Advanced levels, to achieve accreditation through individual teaching institutions.

Many of the modular courses available are taken in conjunction with Sacred Texts courses, available on Learn Hebrew Together.

Students are encouraged in all courses to discuss Hebrew texts in smaller groups. Narrative and poetical biblical texts are studied and discussed.  Different genres of texts are studied in all of these courses alongside practice of vocabulary, grammar and vocalisation.

Many of our online students are studying Biblical Hebrew in conjunction with their theology and ethics studies.

Some of our courses offer the possibility of  attending Hebrew retreats in Israel and in US.
